Using Application:

  •  Log in to your account

  •  Click on My returns to get the status

Using Website:

  •   Log in to your account

  •  Click on My orders 

  •  Choose Returns to get the status

The refund in such cases would be generated only after the part is received back at our hub & it passes the QC (quality check) by our team.

Note: boodmo never calls & asks for bank account, credit/debit card details, UPI id, OTP, etc. from the customer. We urge you not to share such information with anyone. In case of any fraudulent transaction, immediately notify your bank.
