Open boodmo App or Visit boodmo.com & follow the below procedure:

Using Application:

  • Log in to your account

  • Go to My orders

  • Click on Track details

  • Click on View/Edit Details

  • Select Cancel as per your wish

Using Website:

  • Log in to your account

  • Go to My Orders

  • Click on Track details

  • Click on View/Edit Details

  • Select Cancel as per your wish


In case you don’t see the Cancel button for your order, it means the ordered part has been packed. You have to write to Support if you wish to get the order cancelled.

Note: boodmo never calls & asks for bank account, credit/debit card details, UPI id, OTP, etc. from the customer. We urge you not to share such information with anyone.

In case of any fraudulent transaction, immediately notify your bank.
